Loneliness can show up in a full room, even in a relationship. And being alone can feel peaceful, grounding… even necessary.
The difference is connection.
These days, I’d rather be alone than feel unseen next to someone. That shift didn’t happen overnight, but once it did, it became non-negotiable.

What I’ve come to understand:
- Being alone isn’t something to fix
- The wrong company feels heavier than solitude
- Connection matters more than presence
- I can create a life that feels full, even on my own
